Knife Skills for the Home Cook

Mastering knife skills is one of the most important foundations in cooking-and one that can make prep work faster, safer, and more enjoyable! In the hands-on class, you’ll learn how to properly hold, use, and care for a chef's knife while practicing essential cutting techniques such as chopping, dicing, mincing, and julienning. We'll discuss knife safety, and the best knives for different kitchen tasks. By the end of class, you’ll have the confidence and precision of a pro-and a few beautifully prepped ingredients ready to use in something delicious.

Excel Intermediate

Calendar May 5, 2026 at 6:30 pm, runs for 2 weeks

Basic knowledge of Excel is required for this class. Class will explore graphing, search and replace functions, working with multiple worksheets stimultaneously. Working with customs templates. Creating and using Pivot Tables.
