Knife Skills for the Home Cook

Mastering knife skills is one of the most important foundations in cooking-and one that can make prep work faster, safer, and more enjoyable! In the hands-on class, you’ll learn how to properly hold, use, and care for a chef's knife while practicing essential cutting techniques such as chopping, dicing, mincing, and julienning. We'll discuss knife safety, and the best knives for different kitchen tasks. By the end of class, you’ll have the confidence and precision of a pro-and a few beautifully prepped ingredients ready to use in something delicious.
Ballroom I ( Couples Only)
Multiple studies show the healthy benefits of dancing. This class is for beginner or intermediate students. Learn steps to the Cha-Cha, Swing, Rhumba, Waltz, and the Fox-trot. Wear smooth soled shoes that will slide well on the floor.
Digital Photo 2 intermediate

You are comfortable with your camera, and you want more! In this class we will explore the use ofintermediate camera controls such as metering (spot, matrix, center weight), exposure and exposurecompensation, ISO, aperture and shutter priority. We will take an in-depth look at manual focus and itsuse, fill flash and flash modes, as well as controlling motion, composition, and many other intermediateand advanced techniques.
Adult First Aid/CPR & AED

This course is designed for individuals who are not healthcare providers or professional rescuers who desire, or are occupationally required to be trained and certified in adult first aid, CPR and AED for adult, child, or infant.

Beginner - Cricut Lessons
We will focus on setting up your machine and overview of design space canvas, menus, weeding, application, and materials. We’ll also cover how to import projects, customize designs, settings, modify, print and cut features. The instructor will email you the supplies needed for class. Please bring your cricut to class.
