Multiple studies show the healthy benefits of dancing. This class is for beginner or intermediate students. Learn steps to the Cha-Cha, Swing, Rhumba, Waltz, and the Fox-trot. Wear smooth soled shoes that will slide well on the floor.
Intro to Computers

Students will explore the many uses of computers at home and in the workplace using Windows 10. Topics include: managing multiple windows, file storage, customizing your desktop, working with files and folders, email, internet, Gmail/Google and overview of social networking.
Yoga

Learn yoga postures and movement to address stress and restore fitness to your body. We will practice breathing and various postures to improve balance, flexibility and strength. Please bring a non-skid mat.

Adult First Aid/CPR & AED

This course is designed for individuals who are not healthcare providers or professional rescuers who desire, or are occupationally required to be trained and certified in adult first aid, CPR and AED for adult, child, or infant.
